-There are no Refunds.
-If item is damaged or defective please email stitchedwithloveembroidery@gmail.comwithin 7 days of receiving your order or notice of order completion and provided picture to receive replacement or store credit
- please allow up to 7 days for your order to be shipped after processing. For larger orders you will receive a correspondence if your order will take longer to produce. Stitched With Love Embroidery is not responsible for delays of the shipping providers. If you provide items to be embroidered we do not replace items but if there is an issue caused by our company we will refund you for the service. If we advise against embroidery due to material of your item but you insist, we are not responsible if the outcome is not as desired.
If you have an issue with your order please email to resolve before disputing with your bank. If you dispute with bank before trying to resolve first, your order will be cancelled and no refund will be given.
